Nature Shampoo 500ml - Fuzzy Navel

Overpowering plastic scent. I ordered both the shampoo and treatment in one scent, plus an extra conditioner in another scent.
All 3 bottles have the same bad plastic scent. Both conditioner pumps don't work..even so I gave it a try hoping for the great results some had.
Nothing...no difference. I'm so bummed😪
I'm hoping to return these for a refund please.

Okay, so, I don't normally write reviews... But I am so glad that so many others do, because I read as many as I can when deciding whether to purchase something. So, I am hoping this will help someone who is on the fence about whether to buy this shampoo and conditioner set.
This wasn't a large purchase, but when it comes to my hair, I am very, very concerned. I have super fine, super thin, highlighted and lowlighted, straight hair, and have had it all my life. I am also at "that time" in life where hormones are leaving my body and leaving behind very dry hair and skin. Also, it seems as if I am losing more and more hair on a daily basis. I am also one that cannot usually use drug store shampoos and conditioners because they are too heavy for my fine, thin hair. I usually buy my shampoo and conditioner at my hair salon. Lately it seems that nothing is working. The crown of my hair looks flat and greasy, while the shaft and the ends look dry and fly-away...
For the last couple months, I have been incorporating collagen, hyaluronic acid and natural oils that promote hair growth and thickness (supposedly) into my diet and hair care routine. I also have been using "clean" shampoos and conditioners to try to put some moisture back into my hair. It seems nothing is working. So, of course, I go to Amazon to look for a new shampoo and conditioner. I love the smell of peach shampoo and conditioner, so I put that in the search bar and this set pops up (Fuzzy Navel scent.) I read many, many, if not all, of the reviews for this set. Most seemed very positive, and with the price point, I thought I would take the chance and try it. I ordered the set yesterday and received it today!! As soon as I brought it into the house, I washed my hair. While washing, I could feel the smoothness already. It lathered really well and smells great. Then to the conditioner, it was thick and also smelled great and again, I could immediately feel the "slip" when rinsing. The big tangle that is usually at the top/back of my head was not as prominent. I leave the "treatment" as it's called, in my hair for 2-3 minutes and then rinse. My hair felt so smooth! I towel dry it just lightly and then started to brush. My wet brush ran right through it with no problems! I blow dried it on low/cool and I could tell while I was drying that I was even more pleased with the product. My hair actually looked like a model's hair with its move and bounce--unlike the dry straw that it's been looking like. After drying my hair, I usually have to run a flat iron through it to make it lay down and not be so fly-away. But with this shampoo and conditioner, I used NO products and NO hot tools, only a brush and blow dryer and I was so pleased--it felt soft, it felt bouncy and was perfect. My highlights (that are about a month old) looked great and my hair just felt silky smooth.
Although I'm not an expert at reading all the ingredients in my health and beauty products, I try to buy as "clean" as I can. So, without looking every single ingredient up, I have no idea just how good the ingredients are, but the results are fabulous! I have attached a list of the ingredients for the shampoo and the treatment, as well as some photos of my hair after I blow dried it. Again, no products or hot tools were used, and my hair was left looking smooth and soft right after drying.
I am hoping that these results continue. I will update as time goes by. There are so many other scents from this brand that I would like to try so I am hoping to keep being happy with the product and continue to use it long term! I am so thankful for all who took the time to review so that I could make an informed decision and I am hoping this review will help someone else!!!❤❤❤
UPDATE: Second washing. I curled my hair. Still loving it.

Absolutely love this product and it's the only one I will be using so much less hair loss my hair feels so much healthier and tangles have become so much more manageable and almost barely get any anymore it's the only shampoo I'll buy now

I don’t usually write reviews but I just had to with this purchase. Due to medication my hair has turned very brittle and dry. I’ve tried many things and spent a lot of money looking for a solution and this shampoo and conditioner is a God send! Makes my hair feel like I just left the salon every time I use it. Not only does it do what it says it will do but the bottles are huge!!! Definitely worth the price. I have I found my gem.

After learning about kundal products, I think I will only use kundal products from now on! I love them so much!
I met my friend after a long time, and when I talked about the shampoo that I was worried about these days, she recommended Kundal products. Since my friend had used them herself, I had more faith in her and decided to buy one. I liked the watery formula at first. And it seemed like it would foam well. Sure enough, even if I put just a little bit of water on it, it foamed really well. I was really surprised! I thought it's because it contains a lot of surfactant. :( And we all know that the surfactant is not really good for us. So I looked again to see if it was okay to continue using it, and I was relieved to hear that it used a harmless vegetable surfactant! I washed every inch thoroughly, from scalp to hair, and after rinsing cleanly, I felt so refreshed. It didn't irritate my scalp and it smelled good, so it felt good. The scent I bought is the Fudge Navel scent. And the scent was not too strong and was subtle, so it was nice. It was a good scent for everyday use. I'm really very satisfied with this product!! I think the biggest advantage of Kundal is that there are so many different types of scents that you can purchase and use the scent you want. There are so many different types of scents. When I run out of these, I plan to buy another scent and try it again! :)
